The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boy drives through and clinches with Wyrzykowski against the cage.

Boy successfully pulls guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boy manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wyrzykowski manages to get himself to full guard.

Boy stands and steps away. Wyrzykowski gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Wyrzykowski has a takedown stuffed.

Boy bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee asks Boy politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Boy prefers to stall for the moment though.

Boy decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Boy takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wyrzykowski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Boy shoots in and bounces Wyrzykowski off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Wyrzykowski looking to hit a scissor sweep but Boy is one step ahead there.
Boy missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Boy passes Wyrzykowski's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Boy wants to free his trapped foot but Wyrzykowski is holding on for dear life with his legs.
