Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Pedan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tor Troeng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedan connects with a solid leg kick.
Troeng slips under a jab.
Troeng throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pedan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Troeng takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pedan throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Troeng moves into range and connects with a jab.
Troeng walks into a left hand.
Troeng looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

enabling Troeng to counter with a crisp jab.
Pedan needs to keep his hands up - Troeng had a free shot at his head there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pedan seems to have got his legs back now.
Troeng has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Pedan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Alexander Pedan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tor Troeng.
Troeng wants to get back to striking at distance but Pedan won't allow it.

Pedan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Nice uppercut lands for Pedan. That snapped Troeng's head back.
Troeng shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pedan defends it nicely.

Troeng tries to bum rush Pedan with a series of wild strikes but Pedan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Troeng has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Troeng ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Pedan lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
