The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Livingston goes for a double leg but Golem avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Golem continues to drive forward.
A jab lands there for Golem.
Livingston is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Golem.

It looks like Carlos Livingston has been cut.
Livingston tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Golem defends well and Livingston ends up having to push Golem into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Livingston shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Golem sprawls well. Golem wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Livingston gets slowly back to his feet.
Emet Golem has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Livingston.
