The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales moves out of range of the strikes.
Gonzales misses with a wild body shot.
Gonzales throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jotko throws a body shot but no joy.
Gonzales throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jotko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Jotko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gonzales moves out of range as Jotko strikes.
Gonzales takes a swing at Jotko's ribcage but misses.

It looks like Josephz Jotko has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

As Jotko looks to move away, Gonzales throws a big counter combo but Jotko just gets out of the way.

It seemed like Jotko was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Gonzales lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jotko circles away quickly and effectively.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gonzales is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Josephz Jotko's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
