Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La has taken the fight to the clinch.
Vintila prevents a takedown attempt there.

Vintila goes for a takedown attempt but La pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Vintila moves into range and clinches up with La.
Vintila breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
La closes the distance and pushes Vintila back into the cage.
La gets control of Vintila's arms and successfully pulls guard. La will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Vintila stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. La swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Vintila drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and La dives on top into guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Vintila holds on and takes a little breather.

La is looking to advance position but Vintila won't allow it.

Vintila wants to control but La is keeping busy.
La slips a nice elbow through Vintila's hands, connecting with Vintila's forehead.
La lands with a punch from half guard.
La wants to lay and pray for a moment but Vintila keeps working.
La drops an elbow to the side of Vintila's head.

Vintila knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for La on the ground.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Vintila is staying active underneath La, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. La connects with a nice short shot to Vintila's temple.
Oh Vintila is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
La is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
La has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
La scores with a big shot! Vintila's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Vintila! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
