Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Micah Simon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manfred Siedenkranz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Siedenkranz.
Simon lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Siedenkranz throws a combination that misses

and Simon counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Siedenkranz looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Simon with a nice head shot there.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Siedenkranz holds on and takes a little breather.
Siedenkranz is trying to control the position but Simon postures up.
Siedenkranz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Simon chips away with some ground and pound.

Simon slips a jab and a cross from Siedenkranz.
Siedenkranz throws an overhand right that lands on Simon's shoulder, as Simon tries to avoid the shot.
Manfred Siedenkranz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simon walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Siedenkranz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Simon tries to counter by clinching up but Siedenkranz breaks away and moves out of range.
Simon takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Siedenkranz misses with a wild combination.
Simon fails with a takedown attempt.

Siedenkranz drops Simon with a beautiful combination! Simon stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Siedenkranz is looking for the KO!

Simon is rocked!

It looks like Micah Simon has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Siedenkranz cracks Simon with a left hook right on the temple and Simon goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Siedenkranz lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Simon is OK!
