The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a punch to the head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Tran does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tran takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Tran drops his hands momentarily and Jones takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Tran closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tran lands in his opponent's guard.
Tran is looking to work some ground and pound but Jones has wrist control.

Tran drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Tran off! Tran jumps back into Jones's guard.

Tran drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Tran as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jones screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Tran! Nice submission victory there!
