Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Elwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raf Camora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elwood kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ice Cube - Why We Thugs. Camora has chosen Eskimo Brothers-Joe Lajoie as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Elwood.
Camora has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Elwood is landing a low percentage of strikes.
A left and a right from Camora both land. Nice combination.
Camora misses with a body kick.
Elwood tries to clinch but Camora moves out of range.
Elwood connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Raf Camora has been cut.
Camora pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Elwood lands a nice leg kick that just misses Camora's sensitive parts.
Camora throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It looked like Elwood was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Elwood tries to clinch up.
Camora throws a fast counter high kick but Elwood manages to duck under it in time.
Elwood takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Elwood avoids the head kick by Camora.
Elwood throws a hook but Camora avoids it easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Camora tries to keep at a distance but Elwood has taken the fight into the clinch.
Elwood wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Camora is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Elwood is defending well.
Elwood lands a nice uppercut.
Camora drops down looking for an ankle pick but Elwood pulls his leg out and moves away.
Elwood swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Camora swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Camora scores with a decent looking hook.
Elwood throws a series of punches but Camora avoids them all with ease.
Camora swats away the attempt to clinch by Elwood.
Camora throws a fast counter high kick but Elwood manages to duck under it in time.
Camora jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Elwood.
Elwood throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Camora counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Camora throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Elwood takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Camora throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It looked like Elwood wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Elwood lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Camora misses with a kick to the body
and Elwood connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Elwood is pawing at Camora, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Camora's nose. Camora is badly hurt! Elwood pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Camora tries desperately to hold on but Elwood is relentless in his assault! As Camora receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Elwood away and this one is in the books!
