The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ysengrin throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Garcon misses with the body kick
and Ysengrin counters with a nice body kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Garcon finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Ysengrin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Ysengrin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
We've been informed that Garcon has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Ysengrin misses with a looping left.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Garcon! But no joy.
Ysengrin lands a nice shot that snaps Garcon's head back.

Ysengrin drops Garcon with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Garcon looks back up at him and smiles so Ysengrin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Ysengrin sends Garcon crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ysengrin is motioning to the referee to let Garcon up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
