Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Torquil Bram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eldar Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Eldar Smith!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bram appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Smith has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Bram is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Smith uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bram.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bram wants to clinch up but Smith keeps it at a distance.
Smith throws out a counter right but Bram avoids it with no problem.

and Bram takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Smith cracks Bram with an open hand slap.

and Bram counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Smith looks to land a left hand but Bram moved out of range nicely.

Bram is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Smith.
Bram clinches up with Smith and pushes him back against the ropes.
Smith is trying to break the clinch but Bram is controlling him.
Bram lands a nice shot to the body.

Bram lands a hook that snaps the head of Smith backwards.
Smith has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Smith lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bram backwards.

Bram's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

No joy there for Smith, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bram throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Bram bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bram looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Bram wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Smith misses with a looping left.
Smith's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bram connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Smith scrambles back to his feet.
Smith bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Smith walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Bram rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Smith has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bram cracks Smith with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Smith is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Smith is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Smith could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Torquil Bram!
