Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gale Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shazaam McDaniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDaniels is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDaniels rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Gold counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That kick from Gold tenderised McDaniels's leg. McDaniels is trying to keep his angry face on.
Gold misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McDaniels avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McDaniels thuds a left hand into Gold's body.
McDaniels loads up on a big right hand but Gold slips the punch.
Gold was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
McDaniels tries to bum rush Gold with a series of wild strikes but Gold uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gold slips a jab from McDaniels.
McDaniels tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A cross from McDaniels lands.
Gold takes a jab right on the kisser.
McDaniels misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gold.

Shazaam McDaniels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gold lands a leg kick that knocks McDaniels off balance momentarily.
Gold smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Gold fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McDaniels manages to avoid it.
Gold scoring well with a low kick there.
McDaniels looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gold half committed to a counter leg kick.

A lazy left from Gold finds it's target.

McDaniels stuns Gold with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Gold moves into the clinch.
Gold lands a left hand.
Gold misses with a short punch on the inside.
Gold lands a right hand that snaps the head of McDaniels backwards.
McDaniels breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gold will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
McDaniels changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Gold ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McDaniels moves away.

enabling Gold to counter with a crisp jab.

McDaniels jabbing away but nothing is landing.

McDaniels is still on wobbly legs! Can Gold finish him?

Gold throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! McDaniels crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
