Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between William Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ebrahim Azhari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bird comes to the ring accompanied by K1 SUPERSTAR*****. The crowd seem to be enjoying Azhari's choice of entrance music: Jedi Mind Tricks - Blood in Blood out. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A quick step to the side and Bird tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Azhari swings widly with a right hand
and Bird counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bird scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
A slapping leg kick lands for Azhari.

Azhari throws a body punch but Bird moves out of range.
Azhari throws a chopping leg kick but Bird manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Bird went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

It looked like Bird was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Azhari.

It looked like Bird wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A slow jab from Azhari misses its intended target.

and Bird cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

A close round but Ebrahim Azhari will probably get the nod.

Bird tries to counter by clinching up but Azhari breaks away and moves out of range.
Bird ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

It looked like Bird was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Bird seems to have got his legs back now.
Bird is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Bird get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Bird stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the ropes but Azhari runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ebrahim Azhari decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
