Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robert Sito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Lamb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sito comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - What's my name?. Lamb has chosen Tea for the Tillerman as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lamb throws a jab but it's blocked by Sito.

and Sito counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Lamb walks into a straight right hand from Sito.
Sito takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sito takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sito has been working on his boxing with his coaches at School Of Fighting in the buildup to the fight.

Lamb throws a lazy right hand but Sito sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Lamb has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Lamb throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sito was covering up waiting for the punch and Lamb finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Lamb shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sito napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sito tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lamb was well out of range. Poor timing from Sito.

Lamb chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sito can pounce on him.

Sito thuds his right hand into Lamb's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Lamb closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Lamb thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sito's head.
Sito is looking for a sweep. Lamb is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

and Sito counters with a good, hard body kick but Lamb shrugs it off.

Lamb throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sito stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

That was a close second round but I would say that Robert Sito will probably get the nod.

Sito pushes Lamb off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Well Sito has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
