The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nordlund throws a head kick that misses
and Deleon counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Nordlund pushes Deleon up against the cage in a clinch.
Nordlund missing with knees to the body.
Nordlund has Deleon pressed against the cage, preventing Deleon from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Nordlund.

It looks like Isaias Deleon has been cut.
Nordlund tries a knee to the head but Deleon blocks it.
Nordlund lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Deleon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Deleon tries to keep at a distance but Nordlund has taken the fight into the clinch.

Deleon gets tackled into the cage by Nordlund. Nordlund maintains the clinch.
Deleon is looking to break free of the clinch but Nordlund has double underhooks.

Nordlund tries to pull guard but Deleon won't allow it.

Deleon drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nordlund gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Deleon works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Deleon decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Nordlund, up you get!

and Deleon counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nordlund circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Deleon to the canvas! Deleon doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Nordlund keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
