Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pavel Kozlov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jackie Lee V!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee V lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Pavel Kozlov has been cut.
Lee V connects with an inside leg kick.
Kozlov goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Lee V uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kozlov misses with a takedown
and Lee V counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lee V scores with a jab.

Kozlov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee V looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kozlov slows the pace down.
Lee V is trying to control Kozlov's posture but Kozlov avoids it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A low kick from Kozlov is predictable there
and Lee V counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Pavel Kozlov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kozlov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kozlov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A chopping leg kick lands by Lee V.
Left hook, right uppercut from Lee V.
Kozlov shoots in looking for a takedown but Lee V manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kozlov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lee V appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pavel Kozlov. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kozlov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lee V to the mat! Lee V manages to get full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kozlov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kozlov seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lee V for as long as he can get away with.

Kozlov continues to stall.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lee V lands a body shot.
Kozlov is looking to clinch but Lee V is avoiding it.
A little jabbing left from Lee V on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Kozlov takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Pavel Kozlov's cut is getting worse.
Lee V scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lee V takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Lee V gets caught napping as Kozlov dives in and scores a takedown. Lee V manages to retain guard.
Kozlov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kozlov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kozlov shoots in and drives through. Lee V sprawls well.
Lee V fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kozlov.
Lee V has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kozlov misses with a takedown attempt
and Lee V counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Lee V has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Lee V lands with a good body shot.

Oooooh!!! Lee V has knocked Kozlov down with a huge combo! Lee V steps away and waves a wobbly Kozlov back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Lee V counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Kozlov out cold! What a finish! Lee V is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
