Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Li Kong Ho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Charles Ng!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ho misses with a kick to the body.
Ho tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ng throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ho has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Signature Martial Arts in the buildup to the fight.
Ng throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
An attempted straight right counter from Ho misses the target.
Ng misses the jab.
Ng takes one on the button.
Ho scores with a jab to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Ng misses the target.
A slow jab from Ng misses its intended target.
Ng swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ho shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Ho goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Ho throws a hook to the side of Ng's head but Ng sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ho looks to score with a jab to the body but Ng is just out of range.
It seemed like Ng was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Ng throws a right hand that Ho ducks under and follows up with a left that Ho also avoids with ease.
Ng walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Ho tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ng paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ng misses with a looping left.
Ho stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Ng might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Ng tries to bum rush Ho with a series of wild strikes but Ho uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ho takes the fight into the clinch.

Ho pulls guard.
Ho pulls Ng in close to his closed guard and prevents Ng from doing any damage or advancing position.
Ng seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Ho is pulling down on Ng's head to control his posture.
Ho is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Li Kong Ho will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Charles Ng seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Ho drives through and clinches with Ng against the cage.

Ng wants to control from the top but Ho keeps moving.

Ho has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ng can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters circle momentarily. Ho darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ho wants to clinch up but Ng keeps it at a distance.
Ho swings away with a body shot that misses
and Ng cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ho digs a good hook to Ng's body.
Ng throws a jab but it's blocked by Ho.
Ho is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Ng.
Ho steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ng.
Ho connects with a solid leg kick.
Ng throws a jab but it's blocked by Ho.
Ho sizes up Ng with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Ng keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ng lands with a shot to the body.
Ho's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ng connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ho scrambles back to his feet.
Ho looks to land a left hand but Ng moved out of range nicely.
Ng displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ho.

Ho throws an overhand right that lands on Ng's shoulder, as Ng tries to avoid the shot.

Ng throws a shot from downtown. Ho moves away and avoids it.

A close second round but Charles Ng will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Ho is rocked!
Ng closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ho! Ng dives in looking to finish! Ho is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles Ng!
A very excited looking Charles Ng made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
