Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramses Kolmas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wladyslaw Raginis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wladyslaw Raginis is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ramses Kolmas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wladyslaw Raginis!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolmas misses with a body kick.

Raginis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kolmas.
A nice side step and Raginis releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Raginis lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


It looks like Ramses Kolmas has been cut.
Raginis throws a nice looking combination but Kolmas bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kolmas feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Kolmas fails with the takedown.
Kolmas misses the jab.
Raginis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kolmas finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kolmas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Raginis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kolmas has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Raginis tests Kolmas's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Raginis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kolmas just misses with a elbow thrown towards Raginis's brow.
Our sources have told us that Kolmas has been working on his elbows in the gym.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kolmas misses with an elbow over the top.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kolmas just misses with a elbow thrown towards Raginis's brow.

Kolmas is fighting off a takedown attempt but Raginis is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Kolmas to the mat. Kolmas regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Raginis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Raginis is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Kolmas is looking to control Raginis's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kolmas avoid being mounted?
Raginis working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Raginis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kolmas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Raginis has managed to get both his arms back between Kolmas's legs - danger averted.

Raginis throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Kolmas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Raginiss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Raginis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kolmas's half guard.

Raginis seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kolmas does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Wladyslaw Raginis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raginis tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kolmas was well out of range. Poor timing from Raginis.
As Raginis backs away, Kolmas returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

I would just about give that final round to Wladyslaw Raginis.
Well Raginis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
