PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Bateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Abaddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bateman might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Breed. Abaddon has chosen Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Bateman there.
Bateman scores with a three punch combo!
Bateman connects with a single shot there.
Abaddon closes the distance and clinches up with Bateman, looking for a takedown. Abaddon pushes Bateman against the cage but Bateman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bateman misses with a right hand

and Abaddon counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Bateman goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Bateman.
A head punch on the inside from Bateman fails to land.
Abaddon wants a takedown.
Abaddon lands a body punch.
A short body shot lands from Abaddon as the two fighters clinch.
Bateman is breathing heavily.
Bateman tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Abaddon blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Abaddon.
Abaddon connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bateman's face.

It looks like Patrick Bateman has been cut.
Abaddon lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Bateman tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Abaddon turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Abaddon manages to end up in side control.
Abaddon lands a nice forearm strike.

Abaddon has an Americana. Bateman didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Abaddon is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Abaddon hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
