Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ji Lu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beck kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sepultura - Roots Boody Roots. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beck fakes the leg kick and cracks Lu in the body.
Nice shot lands for Beck.
It looks like Ji Lu has been cut.
Beck connects with a body shot.
Lu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Beck was covering up waiting for the punch and Lu finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Beck is pulling down on Lu's head to control his posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beck had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lu defends it easily.
Lu won't allow Beck to get back to his feet.

Beck escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lu is working Beck over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Beck is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lu throws an elbow that misses. Beck uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lu's guard. Nice move by Beck!

Beck has his foot on Lu's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lu works his way back into a safe position though.
Beck kicks Lu off and gets to his feet.
Beck looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Lu makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Hans Beck will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Beck misses with a right hand
and Lu counters with a nice uppercut.
Lu connects with a solid leg kick.
Beck lands a body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Beck crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lu - the referee stops the clock and Beck gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lu. Beck manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

and Lu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hans Beck's cut is getting worse.
Lu connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Beck's hands.
Beck feints and then cracks Lu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lu down.
Lu sends Beck crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Lu is motioning to the referee to let Beck up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Beck is rocked!
Hans Beck's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Ji Lu seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Beck leaves his chin hanging out and Lu seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Beck crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ji Lu!
During a confident post fight interview, Ji Lu thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
