The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarczynski checks the leg kick nicely there.
A punch lands to the side of Tarczynski 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Karol Tarczynski has been cut.
Gennero defending well as Tarczynski loads up on a big left hand.
Tarczynski displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gennero throws out the jab.
Gennero throws a sloppy head kick and Tarczynski moves out of range easily.

Gennero walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tarczynski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Tarczynski's coach down at Hell's Balls NY Hellcademy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tarczynski's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Gennero throws a lazy right hand but Tarczynski sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Gennero looks to land a left hand but Tarczynski moved out of range nicely.
Tarczynski takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Ed Gennero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gennero uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Gennero throws a body shot but no joy.
Tarczynski tries to counter with a clinch but Gennero shakes him off and moves away.
Gennero on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Tarczynski clobbers Gennero with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Good leg kick by Tarczynski there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Gennero throws a low kick, looking for Tarczynski's leg but Tarczynski calmly moves out of range.

Gennero takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tarczynski scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
