Chillum comes into a darkened arena with his song building. High Hopes - Pink Floyd kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lee Chaolan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaolan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Chaolan takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Chillum thows a leg kick but Chaolan checks it
and Chaolan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Chaolan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chillum throws out the jab.
Chaolan moves away from the strike by Chillum.

Chaolan thuds his right hand into Chillum's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Chaolan slips under a jab.
Chaolan lands a nice hook to Chillum's body. Chillum takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Chillum takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Doc Chillum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chillum scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

and Chaolan counters with a nice uppercut.
Chillum rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Chaolan counters with an outside leg kick.

and Chaolan counters with an inside leg kick.
Chaolan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Chillum, as that shot connected.
Chillum closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Good work by Chaolan as he checks the leg kick.
A little feinted left hand from Chaolan on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

and Chaolan counters with a crisp right hand that drops Chillum! Chaolan lets Chillum back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Chillum is rocked!
Chaolan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chillum.
Chillum is still on wobbly legs! Can Chaolan finish him?
Chillum thows a left - swing and a miss!
Good leg kick by Chaolan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Chillum seems to have recovered his senses.

and Chaolan counters with a crisp right hand that drops Chillum! Chaolan lets Chillum back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
We've been told by Chaolan's head coaches at The Fallen Warriors Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Chaolan lands a big uppercut and Chillum crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Chillum looks OK. Chaolan waves Chillum back to his feet!

and Chaolan counters by clinching up.
Chaolan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Chillum backwards.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Chaolan.
Chaolan blocks an elbow strike from Chillum.
Chaolan using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Chillum has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Chaolan.
Chaolan is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Chillum is defending well for now.
Chaolan is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Chaolan misses with a punch to the body.
Chaolan lands a hook to the side of the head.
Chaolan has a couple of punches blocked by Chillum.
Chaolan lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Chaolan has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Chillum - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Chaolan, and another! Chillum is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
