Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kira Miyata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dixie Small (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miyata kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Boa - Energetic. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Small slaps away a takedown attempt from Miyata, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Kira Miyata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miyata scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've been informed that Small has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Miyata is persistently looking for the submission but Small is defending it well.

Miyata is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
You can see the frustration on Small's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Miyata has got his arm under Small's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Small has spun round into Miyata's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Miyata is looking to cinch up a triangle. Small throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Miyata's body to avoid the submission. Miyata has instead reached around Small's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Miyata arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kira Miyata!
A very excited looking Kira Miyata made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Dixie Small was interviewed post fight and said 'It was a good win, but nevertheless, I'll still be bringing home my opponent's girl . Don't feel left out man. And as usual, we'll be making a pov video for all you fans out there. Sayonara'.
