Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Petoyanka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ror Schach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Petoyanka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ror Schach!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schach scores with a kick to the midsection.
Schach tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Petoyanka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Schach connects with an inside leg kick.
Petoyanka swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Schach closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Schach.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Petoyanka throws a series of punches but Schach avoids them all with ease.
Schach tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Petoyanka paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Schach counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Schach avoids the body shot from Petoyanka.
Petoyanka misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Petoyanka scores with a one two! Schach had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Schach shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Petoyanka sprawls well. Petoyanka wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Schach gets slowly back to his feet.

Petoyanka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Petoyanka takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Petoyanka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Schach.
Schach unleashes a big counter combination but Petoyanka bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

David Petoyanka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ror Schach.
The fight stays on the outside here - Schach looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Schach rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Petoyanka moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Petoyanka uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Schach has time to react.

Petoyanka lands a really nice looking cross but Schach seems unphased.
Petoyanka is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Petoyanka rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schach moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Petoyanka tests Schach's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Petoyanka lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Schach shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Petoyanka lands with a nice combination. Schach backs away looking to recover.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Petoyanka keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Schach moves in looking to clinch but Petoyanka pushes him off.
Petoyanka lands a lovely overhand right.
Petoyanka cracks Schach with an open hand slap.
Schach shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Petoyanka defends it nicely.
Petoyanka lands a jab to the head.
Petoyanka throws a hook but Schach avoids it easily.
Petoyanka fails to land with a series of punches.
Schach is looking to clinch but Petoyanka is avoiding it.
Petoyanka lands a nice looking body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

David Petoyanka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Schach is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Schach keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Petoyanka's efforts to push away.

Schach gets control of Petoyanka's arms and successfully pulls guard. Schach will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Schach tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Petoyanka defends well and Schach ends up having to push Petoyanka into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Schach has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Petoyanka is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Schach can do to turn this around?

Schach takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Petoyanka throws a nice looking combination but Schach bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Petoyanka throws a left that rocks Schach and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Petoyanka dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Schach regain composure!

Petoyanka stands up and beckons Schach to his feet.
Schach is still on wobbly legs! Can Petoyanka finish him?
Schach takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Petoyanka rushes Schach and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Schach is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Petoyanka piles on the pressure and Schach crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Petoyanka!
