Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longworth throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sten swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Longworth misses with a body shot.
Longworth throws a hook but Sten blocks it.
Longworth misses with a low kick.
Sten keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sten tries to counter with a clinch but Longworth shakes him off and moves away.
Longworth misses with a jab, cross combination.

and Sten counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Vinnie Longworth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sten connects with a crisp jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Longworth feints and as Sten raises his hands in defense, Longworth changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Sten is working to avoid the ground and pound but Longworth connects with a decent elbow.
Sten is trying to get back to his feet.
Check out the look on Longworth's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Longworth misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Longworth will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Sten is squirming around, avoiding Longworth's attempts to control the action.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Longworth looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Longworth connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Sten is rocked!
Longworth postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Sten badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Longworth around the waist but Longworth pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Longworth is the winner by TKO! Longworth jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
