The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dubois closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hobson's guard.
Hobson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Hobson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hobson scores with a hook to the body. Dubois takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Hobson lands a big right hand that sends Dubois crashing to the mat! Hobson stays standing though and waves Dubois back to his feet!

Oh Dubois is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hobson creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Dubois's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Dubois drops to his knees and Hobson pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
