With a record of 27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lucas Bane!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Jones has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bane.
Bane tries a head kick but it misses.
Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Bane buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bane doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Lucas Bane has been cut.
Jones misses with a wild body shot.
Jones throws a front kick aimed at Bane's knee but Bane avoids it well.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bane darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Jones misses with a body shot.
A countering left hand to the body from Bane misses.
Bane misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bane has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jones.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bane on the side of the head.

Jones throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Bane misses with a low kick.
An attempted straight right counter from Jones misses the target.
Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bane manages to avoid it.
Jones lands a lovely overhand right.
Jones blocks a low kick nicely.
Jones looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jones goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jones with a nice cross.
Jones avoids the body shot from Bane.
Some bone on bone action there as Bane checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Bane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Jones uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Nice defenses there by Bane.
Bane scores with a spinning back kick!
Jones tests Bane's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jack Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bane thows a leg kick but Jones checks it
and Jones counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

After the fight, Jack Jones was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
