The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simpson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Moore takes a body punch but keeps moving.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Moore is defended easily by Simpson.
Simpson appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Simpson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Simpson scores with a one two! Moore had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Moore loads up on a big right hand but Simpson slips the punch.

Moore shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Simpson eats them both and turns towards Moore to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The crowd cheers as Simpson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moore doesn't seem phased though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
