Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waymon Lattimore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lattimore has chosen Cut the Cord - Shinedown as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Waymon Lattimore was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Waymon Lattimore!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lattimore throws a shot to the body.

David closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A short right from Lattimore on the inside.

Lattimore breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lattimore ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
David pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lattimore is out of range and David settles back down.
David takes a shot right to the bread basket.
David fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
David closes the distance and clinches up with Lattimore, looking for a takedown. David pushes Lattimore against the cage but Lattimore circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Lattimore drops David with a beautiful combination! David stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lattimore is looking for the KO!

David is rocked!

It looks like Samuel David has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lattimore drops David with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but David looks back up at him and smiles so Lattimore waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh David is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lattimore fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops David to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! David looks to clinch but Lattimore throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! David taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

During a confident post fight interview, Waymon Lattimore thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
