PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darren Lamb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Olson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamb comes into the arena with Tea for the Tillerman blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamb uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Olson has time to react.

Lamb feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Olson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
