Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Erick Clap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Dorozhkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clap comes to the cage accompanied by Burn it to the ground. Dorozhkin has chosen SMC HOODRATS as his entrance music. Anton Dorozhkin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Erick Clap!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anton Dorozhkin!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clap chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dorozhkin can pounce on him.
Dorozhkin throws a leg kick that misses.
A combination from Clap does no damage.
Dorozhkin lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

We've been informed that Dorozhkin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Dorozhkin will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

A quick step to the side and Clap tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Clap lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dorozhkin backs up against the cage.

Clap lands a left and a right that sends Dorozhkin crashing to the canvas! Clap dives into mount looking to finish!

It looks like Anton Dorozhkin has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dorozhkin is trying to stand up.

Dorozhkin holds on to Clap as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
Clap tries to control but Dorozhkin wriggling away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Clap takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Clap can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dorozhkin is looking to escape.
