Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jos Beton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pudding Dave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beton shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Beton showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Jos Beton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Beton is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Dave defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Beton is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Dave with him. Dave is trying to defend but Beton has an arm under the chin now! Dave grimaces and is forced to tap out!
