The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guzman gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Grayce is trying to trip Guzman. He has hold of a leg but Guzman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Grayce persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Guzman has his hands on Grayce's head, controlling the position.

Guzman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grayce on the ground.

Grayce stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guzman swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Grayce is cranking Guzman's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Guzman! He's tightened the choke and Guzman is tapping out!
