Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chev Chelios Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Watt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watt has chosen Edmund Fitzgerald as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watt throws a right and a left that both miss.
Scott Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chelios Jr slips a jab and a cross from Watt.
A big left from Chelios Jr misses.
Watt tries to counter with a clinch but Chelios Jr shakes him off and moves away.
Watt cracks Chelios Jr with a good jab.
A lazy left from Watt finds it's target.
Chelios Jr will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Watt scores with a shot to the side of Chelios Jr's head.

We've been informed that Watt has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Watt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Watt connects with a single shot there.

Watt pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Chelios Jr back to the cage. Watt follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Oh Chelios Jr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Watt closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Chelios Jr! Watt dives in looking to finish! Chelios Jr is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Scott Watt thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
