Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Santana walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Santana tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Santana manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Santana changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Silva tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Santana will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Santana is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Silva is controlling him.

Santana tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Santana has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Santana sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Silva closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Santana's guard.
Santana isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Silva stacks Santana on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Silva!
