Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ragnar Danneskjöld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaska Jalovaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jalovaara is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Die for Metal. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jalovaara fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Danneskjöld moves away from the strike by Jalovaara.
Danneskjöld tries to counter with a takedown but Jalovaara is quick to defend against it.

Jalovaara sends Danneskjöld crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jalovaara is motioning to the referee to let Danneskjöld up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Danneskjöld shoots in for a double leg but Jalovaara sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Danneskjöld dives in and grabs Jalovaara's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jalovaara pushes down on Danneskjöld's head and hops out.

Jalovaara feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Danneskjölds jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Danneskjöld dives in and grabs Jalovaara's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jalovaara pushes down on Danneskjöld's head and hops out.
Jalovaara looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ragnar Danneskjöld. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Danneskjöld looks to clinch
and Jalovaara scores with a counter punch that sends Danneskjöld to the canvas! Jalovaara smells blood - he's punishing Danneskjöld with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Danneskjöld has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Jaska Jalovaara spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
