Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 43 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Kimble Cho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boe Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Joseph Jones and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cho misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cho throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hogan's head.
Hogan tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Cho is able to avoid easily.
Hogan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Cho throws a sloppy head kick and Hogan moves out of range easily.
Hogan throws a body punch but Cho moves out of range.
Cho appears to be looking for a big counter.
Hogan throws a nice looking combination but Cho bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hogan connects with a leg kick. Cho looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hogan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cho.
Hogan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hogan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Cho lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Hogan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Cho.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hogan takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Cho moves away from the strike by Hogan.
Cho pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hogan throws a hook but Cho avoids it easily.
Cho swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hogan pivots, looking for a leg kick but Cho is out of range and Hogan settles back down.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cho pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Hogan tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hogan is looking to chop away at Cho's legs.
Hogan tried to score with a low kick but Cho checks it.
Hogan lands a nice looking body kick.
Cho is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Cho misses with a body kick.
Hogan is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Hogan tries to land a front kick but Cho steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hogan fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cho swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hogan throws a right hand that misses
and Cho counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hogan thinking.
Cho really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Nice body kick from Cho.
Hogan lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Hogan takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A head kick misses from Cho.
Hogan misses with a head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hogan throws a leg kick that misses.
Cho tried to counter with a leg kick but Hogan avoided it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hogan lands with an overhand left.
Cho shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Cho fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cho throws a half hearted mid kick.
Cho closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.


Cho is rocked!
Hogan cracks Cho with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Cho falls to his knees and Hogan doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boe Hogan!
A relieved looking Boe Hogan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
