Maru wants to break free but Stone has control.

Stone avoids a wild elbow strike from Maru.

Maru takes an elbow to the forehead.
Maru tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Stone's elbow.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Stone throws an elbow but misses.
Stone cracks Maru with a nice body shot.
Maru tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stone avoids it.
Stone blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Maru tries to throw a body punch but Stone avoids it by throwing Maru back against the ropes.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Stone tries to roll over but Maru keeps him under control.

Maru lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Maru throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Maru thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Maru looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Maru thows a huge punch but Stone dodges it nicely.
Maru moves into full mount! Stone won't be happy about that!
