The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kvasov is pushing Jackson's head away, looking to escape. Jackson manages to hold on to the position though.

Jackson is trying to get an arm triangle but Kvasov is defending well.
Kvasov pushes Jackson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jackson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jackson swings around for an armbar but Kvasov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jackson's guard.

Kvasov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground.
