The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jenk gets a clinch.
Jenk changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Anderson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jenk misses with a two punch combination.

Anderson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jenk is working away from the top position though.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anderson enables Jenk to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anderson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Jenk. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Jenk stands up from Anderson's guard - Jenk perhaps looking for a knockout.
Jenk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Jenk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Anderson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Anderson gets tackled into the cage by Jenk. Jenk maintains the clinch.

Jenk breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jenk slips a jab and a cross from Anderson.

Jenk forces Anderson back against the cage and clinches.

Anderson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jenk.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jenk.

Jenk decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Anderson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jenk.

Jenk is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jenk shoots in looking for a takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl out of it but Jenk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jenk is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Anderson's half guard.
Jenk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Anderson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Jenk is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Anderson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Anderson shrugs it off.

Anderson gets caught napping as Jenk dives in and scores a takedown. Anderson manages to retain guard.
