And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poole moves out of range of the body kick from Harada.
Harada has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Poole bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Harada feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Poole's calf.
We've been informed that Poole has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Harada walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Poole checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Poole feints a counter leg kick.
Harada swings away with a body shot that misses
and Poole counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Poole misses with a hook.
Good exchange - Harada coming out on top.
It looks like Will Poole has been cut.
Poole throws a leg kick but Harada sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Poole clobbers Harada with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Harada throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Poole sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Poole tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Poole cracks the inside of Harada's front leg.
Poole throws a low kick, looking for Harada's leg but Harada calmly moves out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harada moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Harada lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Harada throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Good leg kick by Harada there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Poole slips under a jab.
Harada lands a nice leg kick that just misses Poole's sensitive parts.
Nice shot lands for Harada.
Harada throws a nice outside leg kick.
Poole swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Harada is looking to land body kicks.

and Poole counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Poole throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Harada throws a leg kick but Poole moved away.
Poole avoids the head kick by Harada.
And Poole responds with a good body kick, but Harada manages to step out the way in time.
Harada throws a half hearted mid kick.
It seemed like Poole was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Poole misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Poole lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Poole looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Harada lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Poole has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Poole and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kenuichio Harada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poole throws a body punch but Harada moves out of range.

Harada lands a leg kick that knocks Poole off balance momentarily.
Harada displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Poole throws out the jab.
Will Poole is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Harada fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Poole has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Poole throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Harada displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Poole throws out the jab.
Harada looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Kenuichio Harada has been cut.
Poole cracks Harada with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Poole has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Harada to stand back up!
Harada is rocked!
Harada blocks a head kick by Poole.
Oh Harada is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Poole lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Harada is looking to close the distance but Poole sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Harada crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Harada is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Will Poole!
