Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mountain Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Sanford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 71 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mountain Rivera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Sanford!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanford tries to land a leg kick but Rivera saw it coming and moves away.
Sanford stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sanford wants it to stay on the feet.
Sanford looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Sanford throws a right and a left that Rivera avoids nicely.
Sanford throws out a loose jab but Rivera uses good head movement to avoid it.

Sanford manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
