Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Erick Darko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Layton Prayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Darko's entrance music is Amerikkan Pie - Flatbush Zombies. A fine choice. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Darko avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Prayton stuffs the takedown attempt from Darko. Darko gets slowly back to his feet.
Prayton looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Prayton thows a left - swing and a miss!
Darko moves out of range of the strikes.
Darko darts in looking for a takedown but Prayton gets double underhooks and turns Darko into the cage.

Darko tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Darko has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Darko is looking to take a break and control but Prayton is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Darko goes for a double leg but Prayton avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prayton continues to drive forward.

Darko uses his free foot to push down on Prayton's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Prayton.

Darko is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Prayton has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Prayton!

Darko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Prayton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Darko is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Prayton rolls with it to try and escape but Darko cranks on the arm and Prayton is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
