Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chung Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mano Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mano Brown has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Chung Foreman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mano Brown!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foreman looks to score with a jab to the body but Brown is just out of range.
Foreman shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense.

Brown clinches up with Foreman and pushes him back against the cage.

Foreman pulls guard.
Brown is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Foreman keeping moving, preventing Brown from controlling successfully.
Foreman throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown wants to stand but Foreman has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Brown advances position into side control!

Brown is trying to control the action in half guard but Foreman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Foreman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into Foreman's guard.

Brown is looking to stand up but Foreman won't let him.
Brown wants to control from the top but Foreman keeps moving.
Foreman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Brown controls the pace.

Foreman wriggles free and stands up.

Brown drives through and clinches with Foreman against the cage.
Brown prevents the takedown attempt.

Brown pulls guard effortlessly.
Foreman wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving.
Foreman landing some decent shots from guard.
Foreman prevents Brown from getting back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Brown is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Foreman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Foreman connects with a couple of short punches.

Foreman gets to his feet - Brown follows without any prompting.
Brown pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Foreman.

Brown throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Foreman was covering up waiting for the punch and Brown finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Brown throws a leg kick but Foreman sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Foreman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brown but Brown pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Brown closes the distance and clinches.

Brown decides to pull guard.

Foreman wants to stand but Brown is controlling his posture from full guard.

Brown is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Foreman can't fight it off and eventually Brown manages to take the fight to the floor. Foreman looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Chung Foreman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Brown clinches up with Foreman and pushes him back against the cage.

Brown is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Foreman can't fight it off and eventually Brown manages to take the fight to the floor. Foreman looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Brown is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Foreman has escaped the position, nice work there.
Foreman is looking to regain half guard here but Brown keeps moving and retains side control.
Brown tries to stand but Foreman is controlling his head.
Foreman sneaks back into half guard.
Foreman misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Foreman is trying to stand back up but Brown is controlling him

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Brown shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Foreman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Brown trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Foreman wants to stand but Brown is controlling the position.
Brown trying to control the position from guard on top but Foreman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Brown drops back, looking for a kneebar! Foreman looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Foreman looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Foreman!

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Brown is trying to control Foreman's posture but Foreman avoids it.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chung Foreman.
I think Foreman has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
