Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ric Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dong Uk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Napalm & Erruption- In San Francisco. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Dong Uk!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flores bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Uk missing with a left hand there. Flores was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Flores tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Uk paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Uk scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Uk throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Flores avoids the body shot from Uk.
Uk fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Uk connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Flores momentarily.
Uk waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Flores.
Uk throws a hook but Flores blocks it.
Flores slips under a jab from Uk.
Uk lands a jab to the nose.
Flores tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Uk manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Uk throws a lazy right hand but Flores sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Flores misses the target.
Flores with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Uk to score with a decent uppercut.

Flores is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uk uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Flores.
Oh Flores is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Uk has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Flores finds it's way round the side to connect with Uk's head.
Flores walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Flores limp body while Uk jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dong Uk!
