Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sven Dittschberger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rich Gaspari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dittschberger comes to the cage accompanied by Axel Rudi Pell - Into the storm. Rich Gaspari will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dittschberger has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dittschberger there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gaspari digs a good body shot into Dittschberger's ribs.
Gaspari misses with a straight left.
Dittschberger tries to move into range but Gaspari moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Dittschberger throws a series of punches but Gaspari avoids them all with ease.
Dittschberger is looking to clinch.
A combination from Gaspari does no damage.
Rich Gaspari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dittschberger misses with a series of wild punches.

Gaspari swings for the body but Dittschberger moves out of range.

Dittschberger bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gaspari parries the strikes from Dittschberger easily there. Dittschberger is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Gaspari to escape.

Dittschberger stands up and beckons Gaspari to his feet.
Gaspari uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Dittschberger has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Gaspari finds it's way round the side to connect with Dittschberger's head.
Gaspari throws a body shot but no joy.
Dittschberger takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Gaspari scores with a three punch combo!
Gaspari cracks Dittschberger with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Dittschberger appears to be looking for a big counter.

Gaspari drops Dittschberger with a beautiful combination! Dittschberger stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gaspari is looking for the KO!
Oh Dittschberger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dittschberger is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gaspari sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Gaspari drops Dittschberger with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dittschberger looks back up at him and smiles so Gaspari waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Gaspari cracks Dittschberger with a hook to the temple - Dittschberger is on wobbly legs here! Gaspari swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Dittschberger falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Gaspari wins by TKO!
