And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jasper Pulis!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulis throws a body shot but no joy.
Cabral misses with an uppercut. Pulis saw that one coming.
Cabral has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Pulis ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Pulis doesn't manage to clinch there - Cabral circles away.
Pulis throws a body punch but Cabral moves out of range.
Cabral looks to score with a jab to the body but Pulis is just out of range.
Pulis cracks Cabral with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Cabral throws a lazy right hand but Pulis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pulis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Cabral manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Pulis has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Pulis moves into range and clinches up with Cabral.

Cabral digs a right hand into Pulis's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Pulis's gas tank.

Pulis swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cabral scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pulis throws a punch but it's blocked by Cabral.

Pulis tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Cabral's elbow.
Pulis tries to throw a body punch but Cabral avoids it by throwing Pulis back against the cage.
Cabral lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Cabral is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Pulis misses with a short punch on the inside.
Cabral lands a body punch in the clinch.
Cabral lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Pulis to his knees! Cabral keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
