Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gary Baaaad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Simenkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baaaad kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Big Balls. Sergei Simenkov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baaaad looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Simenkov closes the distance and pushes Baaaad back into the cage.
Simenkov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Baaaad is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Simenkov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Baaaad swings for the body but Simenkov moves out of range.
Baaaad tries a head kick but it misses.
Simenkov shoots in looking for a takedown. Baaaad tries to sprawl out of it but Simenkov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baaaad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gary Baaaad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergei Simenkov.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Baaaad. Simenkov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gary Baaaad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baaaad throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Simenkov is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Baaaad wants to clinch but Simenkov slips to the side

and Simenkov counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Baaaad wants to stand back up but Simenkov manages to pass into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Simenkov is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Baaaad looks calm but he's in trouble here. Simenkov gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Baaaad is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Simenkov lets go of the hold and Baaaad can pop his arm back in it's socket.
