Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matas Sulinskas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matas Sulinskas will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Harry Harrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Matas Sulinskas!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sulinskas shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sulinskas showed some decent athleticism there.
Sulinskas looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Harrison tries to roll over but Sulinskas keeps him under control.
Sulinskas slows the pace down in half guard.
Harrison slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Harrison throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sulinskas trying to stand up but can't free himself from Harrison's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sulinskas wants to pass the guard but Harrison is keeping the position.

Harrison is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sulinskas stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harrison swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sulinskas sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Harrison's guard.

Sulinskas is looking for a kimura but Harrison is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sulinskas to get the leverage.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sulinskas seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Harrison tries to roll over but Sulinskas keeps him under control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sulinskas working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Harrison is trying to stand up here but Sulinskas is controlling him well.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Sulinskas closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Harrison's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Harrison is on top in guard.

Sulinskas looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harrison is one step ahead there.

Sulinskas closes the distance and clinches.
Sulinskas's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Sulinskas jumps guard and drags Harrison to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Harrison is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sulinskas has managed to free his arm - good work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harrison is looking for a sweep. Sulinskas is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Matas Sulinskas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Harrison's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sulinskas won't allow Harrison to get back to his feet.

Harrison takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Harrison is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sulinskas connects with a decent elbow.

Harrison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sulinskas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Matas Sulinskas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sulinskas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
