The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Knee misses

and Haapasaari counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Haapasaari controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Haapasaari working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Knee's head.
Knee looking for a sweep. Not yet Knee, not yet.
Haapasaari trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Haapasaari sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Haapasaari distracts Knee with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haapasaari wants to control from the top but Knee keeps moving.
Haapasaari seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Haapasaari postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Haapasaari drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Haapasaari as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Knee screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Haapasaari! Nice submission victory there!
