Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Huber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Djamel Hammouche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huber's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Enter Sandman. Djamel Hammouche acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Hammouche counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Huber closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Huber passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hammouche!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Huber seems to be looking for submissions.

Hammouche is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Huber has his foot on Hammouche's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hammouche works his way back into a safe position though.

Hammouche gets to his feet and stands over Huber, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Huber felt that one! Hammouche unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Huber from any more punishment!
